It's back! With the goal of bringing a little cheer to patients in the hospital during the holiday season, the deviantART Holiday Card Project connects deviants from around the world and applies their tremendous artistic abilities in designing and creating uplifting holiday cards.
In past years, the Project has received more than 5,000 cards sent in by more than 1,000 deviants from 50 different countries/political regions. Cards were then divvied up and distributed in-person by deviantART members to local Los Angeles, CA hospitals, with additional cards given to various hospitals in the U.S. and abroad for hospital staff members to hand out

My birthday was on Saturday so I guess I ought to write something really profound and all, but don't really have anything like that to say. I just feel older, I've hit that age where soon I'll be an adult and on my own.
I am very thankful for this year. Even though it contained a something difficult. It is a hard thing to face, when you discover that someone very dear to you pretty much lied to your face for years.
But overall, I'm okay. I'm surrounded now by people who genuinely care about my well being.
Anyways, here's to a great year :)

So I got back from vacation and noticed that while I was away my account turned one year old, hard to believe it has already been a full year. (:

Sometimes (actually quite a lot of the time) in life people will says things that really do not make sense, so much so that you feel the need to think about it for longest time until you discover that the answer you were looking for was so simple it was overlooked.
An example of that would be when someone who you are trying to get away from permanently says "you'll never find another person like me". If you are leaving that person in the first place, would you really want to find one just like them? Usually when you leave someone you don't like something about that particular person and want to find someone different.
